The Cultivate Facial is a great place to start. It’s fully customized to your skin’s current condition and goals, allowing your treatment to be tailored once we assess your skin in person.

Do I need a consultation before booking?

Most facial services include a consultation and skin analysis at the beginning of your appointment. Advanced treatments such as microneedling or chemical peels may require additional screening to make sure the treatment is appropriate for you.

Treatments may include professional modalities like microneedling, chemical peels, LED, and hydrodermabrasion while still prioritizing thoughtful ingredients, skin health, and a low-tox mindful environment.

Are your products organic or non-toxic?

Tender Earth is intentionally low- and non-toxic mindful, but I avoid treating “clean” or “natural” as all-or-nothing labels. I carefully select professional products, ingredients, and studio materials based on performance, safety, skin compatibility, and overall formulation.

Treatments feature KPS Essentials and FACTORFIVE, allowing me to combine nutrient-dense, organically minded skincare with advanced professional formulations and growth-factor technology.

Do you offer treatment packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Series pricing may be available for services that work best with consistency, such as microneedling, LED therapy, chemical peels and certain corrective treatments.

What should I do before my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Come with skin that is calm and intact whenever possible. Avoid excessive sun exposure, aggressive exfoliation, and sensitizing treatments before advanced services. More specific pre-care instructions are available for microneedling and chemical peels.

What if I’m late to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Arriving late may shorten your treatment so the following client’s appointment can begin on time. If you’re running behind, please reach out as soon as possible. There is a 10 minute grace period but if you arrive later than 10 minutes from your appointment start time you may need to reschedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. Fee may be waived for specific circumstances. 3 no-shows incur a ban from further booking.
